Uncork & Fork : Mezcal Dinner

We won’t be needing our wine keys for this dinner!  We’re going to celebrate Cinco de Mayo a little early this month by serving craft cocktails made with Singly Maguey Mezcal from Crema del Maguey & Bozal.  We will begin with a Meet and Greet with Executive Chef Payton Warren, followed by a casual (indoor) cookout style dinner where our guests will be able to sample fare from three live stations! We’re so excited to be offering traditional Mexican fare, such as a variety of salsas, smoked Suckling pig, tamales, and several desserts!  Grab your favorite sombrero, and join us May 1, at 6:30 p.m. in the Table 100 Conference Center.  Ole’!!
