Chef Chris Walker grew up on a 180-acre family farm in rural North MS.  His upbringing taught him to respect food and the people who prepared it. His career started at a young age, stocking a fresh salad bar at a local restaurant. From then, he continued to work his way through restaurants, leading him to Oxford, MS, where he became the executive chef of a catering company, then to Seafood Revolution, and eventually to our team in 2018!
