Uncork & Fork - Maison Noir

Winemaker, author, and sommelier André Hueston Mack will showcase Oregon and Washington wines from his Oregogne portfolio, in addition to his newest Washington cuvée. 

Mack has worked as a sommelier at Thomas Keller’s world-renowned The French Laundry in Yountville, California, in addition to Keller’s equally famous Per Se Restaurant in New York City. He was also awarded the prestigious title of Best Young Sommelier in America by the highly regarded Chaine des Rotisseurs. He established Maison Noir in 2007.

Each of the four courses prepared by Chef Payton Warren has been expertly paired with a featured varietal selected by Sommelier Chuck Nix.
